Far from stress and from city’s noise. Thanks to the extremely peaceful position, our room will offer you the perfect rest after an exciting day.

The wooden furniture, enriched by gracious details, gives each of our 15 rooms a very special sense of well-beeing. Moreover, they all dispose of shower, wc, Tv and balcony with a wonderful panoramic view.

Prices are to be intended per person and day.

Prices shown will attract a tourist tax of 2,00 Euro per person (aged 14 years and over)

For only 1 night stay surcharge of 3,00 Euro

Pets:

According to prior agreement at the moment of reservation, we would be glad to welcome also your four-legged friends. The overnight stay is 10,00 Euro for day. We just recommend not to forget their blanket or doghouse. Huge outdoor space suitable for dogs to run and play.

Extras:

Surcharge for double-room single use: 15,00 Euro per night

Halfboard  only at least at 2 nights.

Methods of payment – We do accept cash, bank cards as well as major credit cards.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your reservation without any charge until 30 days before arrival
  • For cancellations within 14 days before arrival, we charge a 30% fee of the arranged price.
  • For canellations 13 days before arrival, we charge a 50% fee of the arranged price.
  • In case you might cancel the entire reservation within the last 8 days or in case of non – arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 70% of the arranged price.

For late arrivals or anticipate departures we also count 70% of the arranged price (for a stay of min. three nights).
Cancellations are vaild only if confirmed by us.

In order to protect your rights in case of cancellation, we recommend you to enter in a travel insurance. Parliament and of the Council Platform for online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (ODR) to the European Commission: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
